IRELAND
Pour Kahlua, almost filling shot glass. Then, carefully pour Baileys, using wall of shot glass. This will give the "Guinness" its "head".

baby guinness
1 bottle (700 ml) Gin
(Hendrik’s Gin is preferable)

8 ounce Elderflower Syrup

6 ounce Lemon Juice

10 Thyme

1 1/2 cups Soda

Dry flowers
1. Find a large jar or jug and add your ingredients (not the the soda).

2. Stir well and add ice cubes to the mix.

CHILE
terremoto (earthquake)
10 whole cloves

10 black peppercorns
4 star anise, plus more for garnish
4 cups red wine
1⁄4 cup honey
1⁄2 tsp. grated nutmeg
Peel of 2 oranges
Orange slices, for garnish
-
In a small saucepan add the star anise, peppercorns, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, orange and lemon peel (can put in slices if you like) and just enough of your red wine to cover the ingredients. Turn the heat on to medium and leave this for around 5 – 6 minutes until you see the mixture thicken. Continue to stir through the process.
-
Now add the rest of your wine and simmer for another 5 minutes. Take off the heat and pour the contents of the drink over a sieve to remove the chunky bits. Add a ladle so your guests can scoop up your delicious concoction and enjoy.
Tip: Add some orange for additional garnish!
